I recently hired Diamond property maintenance NI to clean my roof/guttering, and couldn't be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the process was professional. I contacted their Facebook page for a quote, and Tristan came out the following day to asses the house/roof. He gave me a quote on the spot and booked me in, with work commencing a few days later. I decided to book with them due to Tristans knowledge. He explained hiw it would not only improve the appearance of the roof but also help prevent further regrowth. Additionally, the reassurance of liability insurance for his team, which I never would have thought of when getting work done at home. The biocide treatment used removed any build up of moss and made my roof look brand new 😊 Overall, I would highly recommend the team for anyone needing roof cleaning. Thanks again guys!! ~ Nicole M

I decided that I needed my roof and solar panels cleaned. I contacted four companies, but Diamond rang me and discussed the service and the options available! I decided to go the whole hog and have the house, garage, solar panels, patio and driveway cleaned! Paid my deposit and agreed a date. The guys arrived at 8.30 and left at 5pm. They did everything that was agreed and left the place immaculate! Tristan, one of the bosses turned up and explained the process and the guarantee the company offered! Used this company to fix a hole in my roof. Right from the start they were first class. Inital contact with Christina who organised the assessment, boys who done the assessment explained exactly what was wrong and how it could be fixed. Then throught Shane getting the job booked in and the same guys completting the job. From my inital call to job completion 10 days, brilliant. Cannot fault any part of the process, customer care, workmanship, price. Would strongly reccomend anyone needing work on their roof to use this very professional company. 10/10 ~ Tommy S

Move and clean. Guys showed up ontime, checked what needed to be moved and started moving everything quickly and carefully! I was able to leave them to it and go to the new house. When they arrived at the new house they asked where everything needed to go and set the stuff in each room making life so much easier. Not a single thing broken or scuffed. After that was done, the cleaners went to the old house and cleaned from top to bottom (and cupboards! Handy as well as i forgot there was stuff in there!) Every room was great and helped get our full deposit back! 10/10 for service and clean! ~ Chris

I approached Tristan at Diamond Property Maintenance having seen a Tik Tok video demonstrating their impressive approach to cleaning gutters! A conversation with Tristan led me to decide to engage other services as well, keen as I was to do what I can to protect the house against damp. Tristan explained the benefits of cleaning my roof of all mud/moss and talked about how the protective coating applied would protect my roof for the long-term. There was no hard-sell, just a knowledgeable approach that put me at my ease. The team were great, and I am delighted that we have had this work done, one to protect our home, but I am even more delighted at the significant improvement to the house’s appearance. The colour of the original roof tile is just lovely, and they also cleaned our patio and driveway, again using their protective coating to prevent the unsightly green/brown staining from re-emerging. Christina and Tristan at DPMNI have been exactly that. They’ve taken the time to get to know us and how we work. Sometimes things need to move quickly, other times we need a bit of thought and planning, and they’ve handled both with ease. So far they’ve organised cleaning of our factory roofs, sorted repairs in both factory and office toilets, carried out maintenance on our external walls, fixed a leak, and even supplied and fitted a temporary fence while we look at longer-term options. They now also take care of our regular cleaning during the week and at weekends, and we’ve been really happy with the standard and reliability. We’re genuinely pleased we found DPMNI. Got back power washed, windows, window frames, guttering all cleaned. They have come up so white again they look like new window frames and guttering. Professional friendly service. Clean and tidied up after themselves also. I would highly recommend this company and the guys that work for them without a shadow of a doubt to anyone looking work done. Getting my roof cleaned next. Adam is very friendly, a gentle man and great craic. Diamond are very easy to schedule in and show up when they are supposed to and get the job done! The roofer that came out to our house explained to my missis what exactly the issue was and what he did to fix it and showed before and after photos of the job. First class service all round.
